Terms of Service
Plain language where we can. Legalese where we must. Last updated July 2026.
The deal
By using Zenic websites, APIs, Azno models, OakCode, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
What you can do
Use Zenic services for lawful work: building products, research, internal tools, and experimentation within your plan and our Responsible Use policy.
You keep ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
What you cannot do
No abuse, fraud, malware, harassment, or attempts to break safety systems, rate limits, or access controls.
No scraping or reverse engineering where prohibited by law or your agreement with us.
No misrepresentation that Zenic or Azno outputs are human-written official advice in regulated domains without proper review.
Models and availability
Azno models are probabilistic. Outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use them in production.
We may change, limit, or discontinue features, models, or regions. Beta features are provided as-is.
Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zenic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
